Tierhoek Organic Farm has been farmed organically for over 25 years by Bruce and Alison Gilson. Our aim was to make the Tierhoek valley sustainable both as a farming location and a unique part of nature. As stewards of the land Organic farming allows us to safeguard our natural environment while producing quality, ‘free from’ products. Tierhoek Cottages allow visitors to stay on the farm and experience a working organic farm and enjoy the peace and beauty of the valley.
