The area was originally utilised as a horse paddock but stopped operating in 2014. Since 2020, the land has lain fallow & was reinstated as a food production system in 2021, utilising sheep, ducks & chickens to regenerate the soil. The area is 1ha in size with the main growing area of approx. 0.75ha used for vegetable production. The remainder falls under compost production inside the tree rows of a young Food Forest, a nut orchard, houses a small pack room & a training centre
